Permabond® E04 2-part epoxy, with 1:1 mix ratio, has work life of 45 minutes and instant cure through preheat oven in most trickle varnish systems. It protects wire from breakages and wear around comutators in high-impact, high-temperature, high-speed, and high-vibration rotor applications. Epoxy is suitable for Class H motors 180°C (365°F). It is available in 50, 200, and 400 ml cartridges, plus 5 and 19 liter pails.
