ERT-3280 Series reflective optical sensors combine high-output GaAs IRED with phototransistor. Sub-miniature units measure 2.7 x 3.2 x 1.4 mm and offer switching speed of 30 uSec rise and 25 uSec fall times. Sensors operate with infrared wavelength of 940 nm and come in flat SMD compatible or PCB mount packaging. Applications include object sensors, paper sensors, and EOT/BOT sensors.
