CapJet screws onto any NPT or BSPT pipe nipple. Rated to 150 psi, it aims easily and has wide target range. Stiffness of swiveling element ensures reliability even under severe vibration. Nozzles are suitable for high production, dedicated machine tools with rigid coolant piping. Many orifice diameters and nozzle projections are available to suit wide range of applications.

LolliPop brass balls have integral copper tube that can be cut to any desired length and bent as required. Space efficient systems are suitable for CNC Lathes, turning centers and mill-turn machines. They are available with 3/16 in. tubing for ease of bending or 1/4 in. for maximum flow. Nozzles are rated to 500 psi and are available in sizes to fit almost every machine or toolholder.
