Classified under AWS A 5.20-95, Coreshield® 6 E70T-6 flux cored wire is suitable for bridge and structural applications in seismic areas. It meets FEMA 353 specs for welding in earthquake-prone regions. Wire provides smooth and stable arc, low spatter, easy-to-remove slag, and lower fume generation level. All position (AP) 2209T-1 gas shielded flux cored wire can be welded with either 100% CO2 or Argon/CO2 gas mixtures. Wire features spray like arc transfer and slag removal. AP 2209 wire is available in .045 and 1/16 in. dia. Former has 130 to 220 amperage range and 24 to 27 voltage range, while latter offers 170 to 300 amperage range and 25 to 28 voltage range. Composition is balanced to achieve microstructure of ~50% ferrite and 50% austenite.

Hi-Temp Shut-Off Valve for sampling systems responds automatically to temperature, requiring no reset or operator involvement. If temperature reaches 120°F, valve begins to close inlet orifice, and at 130°F, inlet orifice fully closes. Ram-type plug provides tight seal upon shutoff, and valve automatically opens when temperature cools. Valve is made of stainless steel and Teflon® and is rated for 3000 psi.

Stoody(R) CP2000 open arc-welding wire, composed of chromium-carbide alloy, can be applied to carbon, low alloy, and manganese steels. Stoody CP-2000 has hardness HRC of 58-64, and is suitable for hot-wear applications up to 900 deg F. Model with 7/64 in. dia has 400 to 650 amperage range and voltage range of 28 to 32. Model with 1/8 in. dia wire has 450 to 650 amperage range and voltage range of 29 to 32. Neither requires any shielding gas.
