Power Chucks grip ID of automotive brake rotors.

Three Jaw Drawdown, 9 7/8 in. diameter, wedge type power chucks are used on single or multi-spindle lathes. They provide tool clearance to permit machining of both pad surfaces simultaneously. Drawdown feature assures positive end location. Additional applications include gripping any part ID or OD that requires positive end location for thickness control or part stabilization.

STUBBY ER straight shank collet chucks are available in ten models from SPH-ER11-0500, which fits ER11 collet and has 1/2 in. shank dia and 3 Ã-½ in. overall length, to SPH-ER32-1500, which fits ER32 collet and has 1 Ã-½ in. shank dia and 6.20 in. overall length. Diaphragm Chuck grips circulator pump bearing housings.

Model DPH-400W, 4 in. diaphragm chuck has special jaws and stop to grip circulator pump bearing housing in-between ears on root diameter. Four of six jaws are used because there are 8 ears. Pins are contoured to compensate for clamping diameter tolerance and diamond coated to provide additional grip. O.D. and bore are machined, and part is ejected with internal air piston.

Pencil Collets extend accessibility of machining pockets.

CoroGrip Pencil Collets allow users to machine further into cavities and pockets with no compromise in stability, making them suitable for die and mold applications. They are available for endmills with shank diameters of 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm. Together with CoroMill Plura endmills, collets provide minimum run-out and high precision.
