Professional Plastics
Fullerton, CA 92831
May 30, 2007 Available in sheets and rods, Pomalloy® ESd is static-dissipative acetal copolymer material offering wear resistance and machinability. Non-carbon-filled material is non-migratory and non-humidity dependent. With low outgassing values and non-sloughing characteristics, Pomalloy ESd is suited for applications where particulate generation cannot be tolerated, such as disk drive assembly fixtures, semiconductor and electronic components, and automotive equipment.

Acetal Copolymer is engineered for exterior use.

Ticona Engineering Polymers
Florence, KY 41042
Dec 01, 2006 Providing 60° gloss readings of less than 3%, depending on mold texture, Hostaform® WR140LG black acetal copolymer enables manufacture of exterior components with low gloss look. Appearance changes little after extended UV exposure and chalky pigment residue does not form on surface. Product is targeted for use in auto exterior applications such as trim elements, windshield wiper and door handle components, window rail end caps, and antenna mounts.

Acetal Plate is available in 1/4 in. thickness.

ZL Engineering Plastics
Peekskill, NY 10566
Feb 18, 2004 Natural copolymer acetal plate and black copolymer acetal plate, measuring 48 x 96 x ¼ in., are suited for applications with temperatures below 180°F that require parts with close tolerances or moderate wear resistance in wet environment. Parts machined from acetal offer low water absorption and dimensional stability. Material is used in bearings, bushings, gears, material handling equipment parts, electronic components, and parts in pump assemblies.

Delrin® Acetal Material comes in sheets and coils.
