Type TM9720 consists of 0.5 mil clear polyester film carrier, semi-bleached kraft release liner, and hypoallergenic medical-grade adhesive. Product is suited for medical devices where skin contact is possible such as surgical drapes, diagnostic sensors, and dental dams.

DublfilmÃ-® SP454E polyester film is double-coated with high coat weight of aggressive, pressure-sensitive, acrylic adhesive. It offers high tack and peel, and resistance to environmental extremes. Film bonds to low surface energy plastics and is suited for foam fabrication, bonding to EPDM rubber, and difficult splicing applications.

Adhesive Transfer Film suits general bonding applications.

UnifilmÃ-® UJ504 unsupported, acrylic adhesive transfer film offers chemical, heat, and humidity resistance, and will withstand environmental extremes. It exhibits high peel strength, high sheer, high cohesive strength, and creep resistance. Product is suited for bonding nameplates and applying decorative parts, as well as laminating to foam substrates for gasketing and sound control.

Paintable Film is used for automotive masking.

Overspray Protective Sheeting covers vehicle in preparation for painting. It can be cut away and taped to expose area to be painted without need for masking paper around critical edge. Paintable, tear-resistant, protective sheeting is available in 3 widths. High-density -½-mil polyethylene film can be dispensed horizontally or vertically using protective sheeting masker.

Encasing Service for Tactical Pressure Sensor Film enables its use in environments with high-moisture content, oil, solvents, and other contaminants. PressurexÃ-® TPSF enables measurement of contact pressure from 2-3,037 kg/cmÃ-². Long strips of TPSF can be encased, for use in nip roller contact tests in large flexo, converting, or packaging applications.

DublfilmÃ-® S812A is a thin polyester film coated on both sides with high-tack, high-peel acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Adhesive offers resistance to environmental extremes, and polyester film carrier provides dimensional stability. DublfilmÃ-® S812A bonds well to ether and ester foams, as well as low surface energy plastics including untreated polyolefins.

Adhesive Transfer Film works in medical gasket fabrication.

BioflexÃ-® Rx477U is an electrically conductive adhesive transfer film used to fabricate gaskets used on medical diagnostic equipment. It features conductive, 2 mil-thick, modified acrylic adhesive that adheres to substrates such as metals, painted surfaces, and plastic films. Transfer film also exhibits chemical-resistance.

Transfer Film can be die cut and laminated.

UnifilmÃ-® U666 is a 1.5 mil acrylic adhesive transfer film formulated with UV stabilizer. Moisture-stable, poly-coated liner prevents wrinkles and allows smooth application. Film is suited for labels and stickers that are adhered to glass and regularly exposed to sunlight, such as parking permits, inspection stickers, and decals.

BioflexÃ-® Rx268S consists of medical-grade polyethylene film, double-coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive which adheres to skin, yet removes without causing skin trauma. Film is supplied on white densified kraft release liner that allows die cutting. BioflexÃ-® Rx268S is suited for attaching medical devices to skin and for surgical drape fabrication.

BioflexÃ-® Rx607P consists of matte polyethylene film, single-coated with medical-grade, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It provides conformability for curved areas of body, making is suited for attaching electrodes and other medical devices to skin. Tape is supplied on 61 lb polycoated release liner.
