Feeding System feeds half bearings of various sizes.
Feeding System consists of vibratory hopper feeder, 2 linear vibratory feeders, and small parts feeder. Half bearings up to 90 mm diameter can be fed through system at up to 60 pieces/min. Speed can be varied through potentiometer, and electronic controls synchronize speed of components. Up to 150 kg of material can be loaded in vibratory hopper for unattended operation.
