This 12-bit SAR ADC provides serial peripheral interface that achieves 1 MSPS throughput with 16 MHz clock. Offering data rates from 600 kSPS to 2 MSPS per channel, 2-channel ADS8354 series includes 14- and 16-bit, simultaneous-sampling SAR ADCs. They come in 3 x 3 mm package with 2 independently programmable voltage references.
