Aluminum Shafting resists corrosion and wear.

DrylinÂ-® S aluminum shafting works with DryLinÂ-® R linear bearings and IglideÂ-® plain bearings. Anodized shafting has lower coefficient of friction and 3X lifetime of steel when run against appropriate bearing material. Aluminum shafts are available in nine models ranging from 1/4 to 2 in. dia. Shafting can be cut to length per customer requirements.

Shafts (Shafting)

Spline Shafts handle light linear loads.

Lightweight aluminum spline shafts are suitable for applications that require rotary drive or linear guide. Shafts are treated with low-friction TFE coating and coupled with graphite and PTFE-filled thermoplastic bushing. Coating eliminates need for external lubrication and maintenance. Units are available with basic or anti-backlash bushing; plain or thread mount bushing; and 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2...
