Models 24LC128 and 24LC256 are 128-kbit and 256-kbit I2C(TM) serial EEPROMs, designed in PMOS Electrically Erasable Cell(PEEC) process technology. For low operating voltage requirements, 24LCXX EEPROM family can operate down to 2.5 volts. Units are only 1.1 mm high, making them suitable for cell phones, PC cards or other height-restricted applications.
