System includes 2 custom-designed extruders, one 2 in. extruder with 30:1 L/D and one 1.5 in. extruder with 24:1 L/D. Flex-Lip Sheet Die has adjustable die range from 0-.125 in. Lip adjustment is manual, and die is equipped with restrictor bar. Co-extrusion block is designed with A-B configuration. Co-extrusion systems can be designed for any application, from lab to full-scale production.
