Tray Cart System accommodates PC boards and assemblies.

System includes cart, trays, and inlays as turnkey unit. Grounding system enables cart to handle electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive PC boards and assemblies. Cart also handles 20 ElastoStatMat trays, which have permanent static dissipative elastomer inlay material to cushion and protect ESD sensitive PDC boards and assemblies. Trays meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S2020 standard

Twist Clamp Cylinder is offered in 4 bore sizes of 25, 40, 50, and 63 mm. By attaching clamp arm, actuator becomes clamping mechanism for light-duty holding applications. Clamping force of up to 600 lb can be achieved at maximum pressure of 140 psi. Rotary motion rotates clamp arm out of work area for easy loading and unloading of parts.
