New MFG Tray Cart System
Linesville, PA - MFG introduces an economical 20-station tray cart system. The complete system includes the cart, trays and inlays as a turnkey unit. While the cart system is extremely flexible in accommodating a wide range of PC boards and assemblies, one of its primary advantages lies in its grounding system which enables the cart to handle electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive PC boards and assemblies.
The new tray cart handles 20 "ElastoStatMat" trays recently introduced by MFG. These trays feature a permanent static dissipative elastomer inlay material to cushion and protect ESD sensitive PDC boards and assemblies. The patent pending trays meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S2020 standard and are specially formulated to protect electronic components and assemblies from damage due to static charge. The ESD trays save costs by eliminating the need for tape, glue, adhesive or specially cut rubber mats. The elastomer cushion material has excellent tear and cut resistance and is impervious to damage from leaded components. MFG stocks the 26" x 18" x 1" trays. Other sizes are available.
