BetaGauge PI and BetaGauge PI Reference Class gauges are offered with BetaLOG(TM) software, which can be used to configure operation for ad-hoc or download mode to deliver complete data logging flexibility. Enabling simultaneous recording of temperature and pressure, gauge/software combination supports data logging runs from seconds to several weeks covering all data or specific points of interest. Type 1082 master gauges feature 0.25% FS accuracy in ranges from vacuum through 10,000 psi and are available in 4½, 6, and 8½ in. dia versions. External zero adjuster, temperature compensation, and Monel® wetted parts ensure precision and media compatibility. Suited for field calibration, 3 in. Type 1084 pocket test gauges cover ranges to 1,000 psi with 0.5% FS accuracy.

Along with temperature-compensated accuracy over 0 to +50°C range, BetaGauge PIR Reference Class gauge features internal temperature sensor measurement and menu-driven display. Pressure readings are displayed in 18 different standard engineering units or user-defined custom units on 5½-digit, 0.65 in. high digital display and companion percent-of-range bar graph. Gauge has 6 ranges - 30 psi compound, 30, 100, 500, 1,000, and 3,000 psig - and offers reading accuracy to ±0.04%.

Able to withstand temperatures from -40 to +160°F, 2 in. GTG Series has black steel housings and wetted parts such as brass socket and Bourdon tube. Vertical or horizontal, hex-shaped, chrome-plated steel connections come in ½, ¾, or 1 in. female NPT styles. Bell shaped connection, also available, comes in same female NPT sizes, and all connection blocks feature valve for system pressurization. Gages are available with typical installer test ranges such as 15, 30, 100, and 160 psi.

Constructed with 304 stainless steel housing, Series SGJ has green dial with anti-parallax mirror and dual English/metric scales with 0.25% ASME Grade 3A accuracy. Solid front design and pressure-relieving back increase safety in potentially dangerous applications. Gauges utilize beryllium copper wetted parts and withstand ambient and process temperatures to 149ºF. Ranges are available from full vacuum to 15,000 psi.
