Digital Pressure Gauge for Field and Laboratory Applications Now Available from Palmer Wahl Instrumentation Group
Asheville, NC – Palmer Wahl Instrumentation Group announces the addition of a new precision digital pressure gauge to its broad range of pressure products. The new Palmer model PTG200 digital pressure gauge is an excellent substitute for mechanical precision pointer pressure gauges. Powered by three standard AA user replaceable alkaline batteries with up to three years of life, this easy-to-read, large backlit LCD screen features full five digit resolution and allows the user to select from nine pressure units. Standard models featuring an aluminum alloy case and atmospheric reference choices of gauge, sealed gauge, or absolute, compound, and differential models are all available. Gauge ranges measure over 2,500 bar, compound ranges from -1 to 2.5 bar, and differential ranges from 0.0025 to 0.05 bar. Featuring fully temperature compensated accuracy from 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 50°C), the Palmer PTG200 with 316L SS wetted parts is available in accuracies of 0.1% or 0.2% of full scale. Differential models feature brass internals for clean gas applications. ¼” NPT process connection is standard, with a ½” NPT adapter available separately. More accurate than gauges with analog pointers, the PTG200 is ideally suited for two-point field calibration of process gauges and auto peak recording.Â
