Able to machine gears with 0.5-8 modules, ZE40A accommodates both generating and profile grinding and also enables modification of biased flank shapes. This 9-axis, fully automated NC machine requires 3,750 x 4,000 mm installation space and employs direct-drive system that promotes smooth revolution of main and table spindles. Max external gear diameter of workpieces is 400 mm for high-efficiency machining and up to 600 mm dia when machining requirements are reduced.

AGILUSŪ 180TH performs turning, drilling, milling, hobbing, and chamfering/deburring operations in one setup for all types of shaft- and disc-type cylindrical gears up to 180 mm dia with shaft lengths up to 500 mm. Equipped with tool turret for locating fixed or driven tools, machine also offers workpiece loading/unloading function and CNC-controlled tailstock. Universal automation interface facilitates integration into existing manufacturing environments.

Based on single-piece frame cast from polymer composite material, Genesis(TM) 130H can be installed and re-located with no special lifting equipment. Direct-drive spindle motors eliminate need for mechanical adjustments, while cam-driven double gripper loader enables part load/unload times of 2 sec. Work area is isolated from machine frame to minimize thermal expansion from contact with hot chips. Stainless steel cutting chamber with steep inclination ensures that chips fall clear of work area.
