It is powered by single 3-4 Vdc supply and features low noise figure of 0.8 dB typical and high IP3 of up to 32 dBm. Packaged in 2 x 2 mm case, amplifier can handle RF input power up to +25 dBm without requiring external limiters. It has an adjusted bias current of 25-80 mA.
