With no warm-up or turn-on delay, CHPA0618-1-G45 provides 40 W typ saturated power across 5.85-18.4 GHz bandwidth. Ability to achieve solid-state power levels across frequency range is enabled by Spatium(TM) broadband spatial combining technology. This multiple-element architecture provides protection from single-point failures and facilitates even, dispersive, 3D heat dissipation. Other features include soft-fail in case of device failure, and flat gain without equalization.
