Internal baffle system extracts moisture and solids above 10 microns. System is self-draining without steam loss. Eliminator is available for operating pressures to 600 psig and capacities to 35,000 lbs per hour, with 1/2 to 2 in. NPT or socketweld connections, or 2 1/2 to 6 in. flanged connections.

Apr 25, 2002 Liquatex(R) Separator uses vibratory motion produced by rotating eccentric weight at machine's center of gravity to remove solids from plant washdown wastewater, lint from laundry wastewater, and solids from cooking oil. Vertical component of motion accelerates breakdown of liquid surface tension, permitting uninterrupted flow of liquid through screen. Horizontal conveying component of motion provides fast discharge of removed solids off screen surface.
