Vibratory Screener Quick-Ship Program Announced by Kason
Millburn, NJ — Certain models of Kason Vibroscreen® Circular Vibratory Screeners are now available for shipment in 5 to 7 business days through a new QUICK-SHIP program announced by Kason Corporation.
The program applies to standard models of gravity-fed Vibroscreen single-deck screeners in diameters from 18 to 60 in. (460 to 1525 mm) with screen meshes ranging from 2 mesh (11 mm) to 325 mesh (45 microns).
With all product contact surfaces of stainless steel, the screeners are suitable for sifting, scalping and de-dusting of dry products, and dewatering of solids-laden slurries, in both sanitary and industrial applications.
Standard models operate on a batch or continuous basis, separating material into two fractions.
Also offered are custom gravity-fed and inline pneumatic models for classifying up to five fractions, screening at capacities to 70+ metric tons/h, ultrasonic screening and size-density separation.
Options include Air-Lift quick-access systems for rapid cleaning, inspection and screen changing; CIP sanitizing; anti-blinding; auto-lubrication; and bag dumping hoods with dust collection.
The company provides free lab testing on full scale equipment using customer-supplied material, and rents vibratory screeners on short notice for on-site testing, pilot plants and interim production requirements.
Kason also manufactures centrifugal sifters, fluid bed dryers/coolers/moisturizers, static sieves, mixers/blenders and size reduction equipment.
