High Specification Vibrating Screener
The Finex 22 sieve is ideal for check-screening and grading powders and pellets. In one pass, materials can be screened to remove oversize contamination, impurities or separate powders to ensure consistent product quality.
The high capacity sieve uses a high force adjustable vibrator for full control of the material on the mesh screen. The unit can also be fitted with a scroll frame to ensure a better flow of powder across the entire screening area.
The vibratory sieve is available in high-speed and low speed version which is suitable for screening difficult powders and high viscosity liquids.
Because the unit quickly dis-assembles without the need for tools, operators can efficiently change or clean the mesh screen between different batches and product changes. This improves plant productivity while reducing downtime and labor costs at every screen change, inspection or cleaning.
Durable castors make the sieve easy to move from one process to the next and is suitable for continuous or batch system operation. The unit is available in a selection of finishes, including stainless steel for food and pharmaceutical use, to painted for general use.
