Small Diameter Shafts accommodate virtually any web size. They range in diameters from 7/16 to 2 in. and are suitable for small diameter printing presses, tape and label slitters, and coating and laminating machines.

Steel Shaft Components suit linear motion applications.

Tubular Steel Shafts are produced from 60 PlusÃ-® 52100 material. Pre-drilled and tapped every 8 in., they are available in 1Ã-½ and 2 in. diameters in lengths up to 12 ft. Shafts can be supplied fully mounted to support rails as shaft assemblies. They are suitable as conduit for electrical control lines, pressurized air lines for pneumatic devices, or hydraulic lines.

Aluminum Shafting resists corrosion and wear.

DrylinÃ-® S aluminum shafting works with DryLinÃ-® R linear bearings and IglideÃ-® plain bearings. Anodized shafting has lower coefficient of friction and 3X lifetime of steel when run against appropriate bearing material. Aluminum shafts are available in nine models ranging from 1/4 to 2 in. dia. Shafting can be cut to length per customer requirements.

Expanding Shafts fit wide webs, handle heavy loads.

Button and Lug Shafts are optimized for wider webs and designed to support heavy loads. Self-contained bladders ensure continuous performance and make repairs easy. Shafts are available in 3 in. (standard duty and heavy duty), 4, 5, and 6 in. diameters.
