Cut-Off Machinery

Cut-Off Machine features rotating tool technology.

Model RH 450 handles material diameters up to 4.500 in. Rotary head can be equipped with 2 or 4 carbide insert cut-off tools, producing accurate square cut ends without marking or deforming material being cut. Transfer arm immediately removes cut piece to secondary station for further operations such as chamfering and deburring.

Cut-Off Machine offers integral end finishing.

Model TCC-25 Rotary Tube Cut-off machine offers integrated double end finishing, which allows square or chamfered ends to be provided on one (or both) ends of tube. It allows operator to select desired cut type (thru cut, cut and pull, or end finished) from control panel. Lengths and quantities are user-selectable, allowing the machine to be programmed for automatic operation.

Cut-To-Length Machine accommodates tubing up to 8 in. dia.

Chip/Chipless cut-to-length line uses head that rotates around tubing, allowing higher rotational speeds without support of tube end. Cutting is done with discs or carbide tools. Cut parts can be chamfered automatically. Turret version performs secondary operations such as threading, reduction, expansion, boring, flattening, and marking. Machine functions are PLC controlled, using touch screen.

Model K30PH 30 in. saw features air over oil power downfeed, 1 3/4 in. arbor with sealed ball bearings, 1,800 rpm spindle speed, and 25 hp motor with magnetic starter. It also includes cog belt drive, cam vise, heavy safety guard, and down stop. Stock conveyor is optional.
