T-DRILL Adds Integral End Finishing As An Option To Their Rotary Tube Cut-Off Machines.
T-DRILL Industries of Atlanta, GA, a manufacturer of tube and pipe fabrication equipment, has contracts to build integrated double end finishing into its standard TCC-25 Rotary Tube Cut-off machine. The TCC-25 has become the standard for high production tube cutting in the automotive industry. Over the years, T-DRILL has built many cut-offs with integral end forming, however, this new development integrates end finishing, which allows a square or chamfered end to be provided on one, or both, ends of the tube. Because it is integrated into the standard TCC-25 machine, the operator can select the desired cut type (thru cut, cut & pull, or end finished) from the control panel. He can also select the lengths and quantities, so that the machine can be programmed for a variety of lengths allowing automatic operation.
This new development provides the automotive industry with a high quality cut tube that meets the specifications for the most stringent industry standards.
