Sludge Density Meter is suitable for harsh conditions.

Solartron Mobrey
Houston, TX 77084
Oct 28, 2002 Model MSM400 monitors suspended solids in highly caustic, high-temperature bauxite mud environments. It consists of microprocessor-based control unit, one pair of ultrasonic sensors, 2 programmable relays, and 4–20mA output with digital HART communications. With built-in options including display, control, alarm, and communications, unit is programmable to suit local conditions. Measurement accuracy is ±0.5% in slurries from 10 to 50% suspended solids.

Apr 22, 2002 Continuous Steam Sterilizing System is suitable for high temperature/short time (HTST) decontamination of spices, herbs, seeds, and organic products such as tobacco, rice, bran, and other grains. Self-cleaning rotary pressure valves feed product into continuous autoclave, subjecting product to saturated steam of relatively high pressure to decontaminate it properly. Valves have knife that scrapes pocket of rotary valve every time it is exposed.

Jan 29, 2002 Annihilator twin shaft solids reduction unit is supplied with seals and bearings housed in replaceable stainless steel cartridge, which allows on-site replacement. Counter-rotating, hexagonal shaft design coupled with hardened steel cutters provide maximum shredding strength necessary to process 300 to 4,250 GPM of influent. Annihilator is fitted with toothed cutting spacers, electronic control panel, and 3 to 5 hp motors.

Control Instruments Corp.
Fairfield, NJ 07004 3206
Nov 08, 2001 670 Series Continuous Solvent Vapor Monitors are placed at source of emissions. Continuous monitoring allows air recirculation in processes to reduce exhaust airflow. Incinerator has less air to process, therefore requires less fuel. Additionally, 670 Series meets safety standards set by NFPA to protect incinerator as well as employees.
