OD sizes, SuperHard Coat Copper Mirrors feature hard coating that provides 99.85% typ reflectivity with zero phase shift of less than 2° @ 45° AOI. Hard coating helps reduce power loss and enhances cutting capabilities for industrial CO2 lasers up to 10 kW. Used in laser system applications, Galvo mirrors are manufactured from any substrate but most commonly BK-7, fused silica, or silicon. Substrates are shaped to suit specific jobs and coated with reflective protected metal or multilayer dielectric tuned for required wavelength band and application.
