Capacitive sensors come in 3 designs: CM 18 in M18 cylinder, CM30 in M30 round housing, and CQ 35 in 35 mm plastic cube. All have IP67 enclosure rating and are suitable for harsh ambient conditions. With non-flush mounting, ranges of sensors are 3-12 mm for CM 18 and 4-25 mm for CM 30 and CQ 35. Response sensitivity can be adjusted with infinitely variable potentiometer. All sensors have UL and CSA approvals and are offered with M12 connectors or 2 m connection cables.
