64 Audio Launches Limited Edition Fourté Noir™ Universal In-Ear Monitor
Based Upon the Foundation of 64 Audio’s Acclaimed and Award-Winning Audiophile-Grade tia Fourté™, the Fourté Noir™ Includes the Industry’s First Completely Tubeless Technology Taken to the Next Level with Numerous Upgrades
VANCOUVER, Wash., July 16, 2019 – 64 Audio, the leader in custom and universal fit in-ear monitors, is proud to announce the launch of the all new limited edition Fourté Noir™. Based upon the foundation of the acclaimed audiophile-grade tia Fourté™, the Fourté Noir™, with an MSRP of $3,799 USD, boasts numerous upgrades to its predecessor and is now available while supplies last.
“Our award-winning 64 Audio tia Fourté™ is a first-of-its-kind universal-fit earphone that takes full advantage of the patent pending tia™ system and everything we’ve learned up to this point in designing world-class in-ear monitors,” said Vitaliy Belonozhko, 64 Audio founder and chief sound designer. “It was born of a desire to redefine one’s experience with music. This pursuit led to a reinvention of how we build in-ear monitors with an industry first, completely tubeless technology. To celebrate this momentous innovation, we’ve refined our award-winning IEM with the limited edition Fourté Noir™.”
The Fourté Noir™ does not replace the tia Fourté™, but instead gives customers another choice in an ultra high-end audiophile grade IEM with additional technologies and upgrades. It features an even warmer bass response and smoother top end than its predecessor, raising the bar yet again. An all-black, aluminum shell gives the Fourté Noir™ an elegant new look, and real copper-patinated faceplates makes each set as unique as a fingerprint.
“The Fourté Noir’s redefined dynamic low driver tuning results in a warmer and richer low end frequency response,” Belonozhko explained. “Mundorf™ SUPREME silver solder allows for great conduction resulting in better transient control. And our eight-conductor SPC premium cable provides lower resistance, yielding a smoother high frequency response. Also, a balanced 2.5mm connector and 3.5mm adapter allows for greater compatibility with high-end audio devices.”
The Fourté Noir™ also features the innovative apex® technology. Apex (air pressure exchange) relieves air pressure caused by miniature speakers in a sealed ear canal, giving you a superior listening experience that simply cannot be achieved by traditional IEMs.
Finally, the tia™ tubeless in-ear audio incorporated into the Fourté Noir™ is a completely new design comprised of three major elements: open balanced armature tia drivers, the tia single-bore, and tia acoustic chambers.
“By eliminating tubes and sound-altering dampers, the sound produced by the tia drivers is able to disperse freely and effortlessly, traveling to the ear in a more effective way,” Belonozhko concluded. “Sound in this manner yields an incredibly smooth and musical frequency response with a larger depth and sound stage than conventional in-ear monitors.”
From studio to stage to sophisticated home audio environments, 64 Audio has created the industry’s most innovative universal and custom-built in-ear monitors available to date. Founded by Vitaliy Belonozhko in 2010, a sound engineer who has been working with musicians and production companies for nearly two decades, he discovered the advantages of IEMs over traditional floor “wedges” and recognized that a better solution to in-ear monitoring was needed. Today, 64 Audio supplies products worldwide to some of the best-known musicians, singers, and engineers in the world, as well as discerning audiophiles who demand nothing but the best sound reproduction from their systems. With new and unrivaled technologies such as apex®, LID™, and tia™ and 3D-Fit™, 64 Audio excels in challenging traditional earphone designs to bring-to-market unique and innovative audio products.
