Available in 4, 6, and 8-port models, Zip-Port(TM) Multiport Junction Blocks allow multiple sensors to be wired to single block with one cable connecting to control panel. Units come in field wireable or 5 m cable versions with 4 and 5-pin M12 connectors, and choice of 1 or 2 I/O per port. Providing 24 Vdc and 120 Vdc/ac operation in temperatures from -4 to +176°F, blocks feature IP67 protection rating when all ports are connected or covered with protective caps.

Along with 0.8 in. profile, IP67-rated M8 Multi-Port Junction Blocks feature 3-pin M8 connectors (v3 style) in 4-, 6-, and 8-port models that have respective footprints of 3.7 x 1.2 in., 4.4 x 1.2 in., and 5.6 x 1.2 in. Design reduces cabling expense and simplifies wiring by allowing multiple sensors to be wired to one block with one cable run back to controller. Products provide 24 Vdc operation over -30 to +80°C range, and LED indication is provided for PNP sensor outputs.

Available with hinged/removable screw-retaining transparent covers that allow visual inspection of wire and confirmation of connection, single-pole ERIFLEX® distribution blocks have more than 95% fill ratio. Tinned copper blocks clip onto DIN Rail or mount to panels with screws. By keeping only one input, blocks can be supplied in parallel using jumper wire. They can be ganged for unlimited number of phases or voltages while maintaining rigid block.

Meeting requirements of IEC 529, Finger-Safe Power Distribution Blocks (FSPDBs) provide IP-20 grade finger-safe protection. DIN-rail mountable units offer captive termination screws and multiple openings to accommodate various wire sizes. Apr 22, 2002 FLKM-PVB power distribution modules are available in 16, 24, 32, and 48 positions, all with spring cage terminals. Each module is equipped with two potential connections: P1 and P2. Each supply terminal is capable of accepting up to 10-gauge conductor, and each distribution terminal is capable of accepting up to a 12-gauge conductor. There are no external bridging connections to be made on this unit, eliminating extra work.
