Reed Relay allows for multiple I/O options.Meder Electronics, Inc.
Mashpee, MA 02649
Jun 12, 2007
With package height of 0.157 in. that enables parallel board stacking, RM Series features 3 I/O options (4/2, 4/4, 4/1 in-/outputs) on rugged thermoset epoxy overmolded FR-4 substrate. Capable of switching beyond 3 GHz with less than 40 ps rise time, relay switches into range of operations. Leadless SMT design eliminates skewing and co-planarity concerns. Short BGA terminals allow short signal path which makes relay suitable for RF applications and reflow up to 260°C.
