Integrating charge pumps with programmable current, Models ispPAC®-POWR1014-2 and ispPAC-POWR1014A-2 control MOSFETs in hot swap and sequencing applications. POWR1014-2 combines 24 macrocell PLD and dual precision voltage monitoring comparators with accuracy of 0.3%, while POWR1014A-2 also integrates 10-bit ADC for voltage measurements and I2C interface that enables microcontroller to read status of all comparators. Both operate across power supply voltages of 2.8-3.96 V.

Supplied in 4 x 4 mm, 20-pin QFN package, TPS386000 series supply voltage supervisors (SVSs) can monitor 4 power rails greater than 0.4 V with threshold accuracy of 0.25%. Independent programmable delay input, which can be set from 1.25 ms to 10 seconds for each supervisor channel, enables power supply sequencing.
