Broach Set cuts keyways in small size bores.

No. 00 Precision Set has 3 broaches and 5 bushings that allow cutting 15 keyway combinations. Set includes high speed steel broaches, bushings, and shims capable of cutting 1/16, 3/32, and 1/8 in. keyways in bore sizes from 1/4 to 1/2 in. Push-type broaches can be used with any type hydraulic or hand-operated arbor press with adequate throat opening.

Steel Broaches cut 36 keyway combinations.

Steel broaches, guide bushings, and necessary shims for cutting 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, and 3/8 in. keyways are available in 36 keyway combinations. In addition to its 4 broaches, Minute Man 10-10A Combination Set includes 18 bushings with diameters increasing in 1/16 in. increments from 1/2 to 1-9/16 in. Push-type broaches can be used with hydraulic presses, and require no special skill or set-up time.

Broach Set cuts metric keyways in large bores.

Minute Man No. 90 Set consists of keyway broaches, bushings and shims designed for cutting 16mm or 18mm keyways in 8 bore sizes from 52 to 65mm. Broaches are push-type and can be used with any hand-operated arbor press or hydraulic press with adequate throat opening. Applications include pulleys, gears, collars, and similar pieces. Set is packaged in hardwood varnished box.
