6-Watt Gel-Like Thermal Gap Filler
Carteret, NJ —Tuesday, October 22, 2019— Sarcon® GR45A is an advanced, gel-like thermal interface material that delivers a thermal conductivity of 6.0 W/m•K and is a popular choice for higher power electronics applications. Depending on application gap size and material thickness, thermal resistance will range from 0.24 to 0.70 °C•in2/W.
