Wall, NJ: The PharmafillTM TC3 Tablet/Capsule Counter from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), features a variable speed, vibratory feeder chute to allow precise control over the flow rate of tablets, capsules, pills, softgels, lozenges and other solid dosage forms. Included as standard at no extra charge, the variable speed, vibratory feeder automatically guides the pills from the hopper onto a rotating, glass disc, to the counting sensor and into the bottles or other containers at a consistent, preset rate. The proprietary design ensures the speed of the tablet counter matches the speed of the conveyor for non-stop, repeatable filling timed to take full advantage of the capacity of each filling and packaging machine.
