Highland Technology Introduces the P348, a New Member of its Aerospace Simulation Suite

Highland Technology has introduced the P348, a new member of its aerospace simulation suite, a mid-frequency sinewave dual-channel quadrature modulator instrument with accurate DC coupled baseband I and Q inputs. It is suitable for a range of transducer simulation, including eddy-current, inductive, and capacitive sensors, or classic RF modulation tasks. The carrier frequency can range from 500 KHz to 20 MHz, and modulation capability is suitable for hardware simulation of vibration, clearance, or gear tooth/blade tip sensors.

The unit features isolated inputs and outputs, signal monitor outputs, and high linearity, wide dynamic range, and quantitative precision. The enclosure is suited to benchtop use or half-rack mounting.
