Epoxy Adhesive is graphite filled and electrically conductive.

Press Release Summary:

Two-component EP75-1 has 100 to 15 mix ratio by weight. It cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. Adhesive develops bonding strength of more than 2,000 psi tensile shear when measured and cured at 75°F. Volume resistivity of cured system is 50-100 ohm cm. Adhesive contains no solvents or diluents. It is suitable for metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubber, and most plastics. Service operating temperature is -60 to +250°F.

Original Press Release:

New Graphite Filled Epoxy Adhesive

Master Bond Inc., Hackensack, N.J. has introduced a new two component, graphite filled, electrically conductive adhesive called EP75-1. This system has a 100 to 15 mix ratio by weight and is easy to apply. EP75-1 cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. It readily develops a high bonding strength of more than 2,000 psi tensile shear when measured and cured at 75°F. The volume resistivity of the cured system is 50-100 ohm-cm. The system contains no solvents or
diluents.

Master Bond EP75-1 can be applied with minimal sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubbers and most plastics. EP75-1 has a service operating temperature range of -60 to
+250°F. It has outstanding dimensional stability and chemical resistance. The volume resistivity of the cured system is 50-100 ohm-cm. It's superior electrical conductivity makes EP75-1 particularly well suited for shielding and static dissipation applications.
