Bud Adds to Plastibox Line with New Enclosure Style, New Sizes for Existing Style H
CLEVELAND - September 6, 2005 - Bud Industries, Inc., the leading manufacturer of electronic enclosures, has announced the availability of a new style of Plastibox enclosure. Bud's new Plastibox - Style I is the latest in the Plastibox series of plastic boxes that features a unique sleek contemporary shape with rounded corners and edges and an optional display window.
The Plastibox - Style I is constructed of durable self-extinguishing ABS plastic material with a UL94-5VA flammability rating, the highest UL flammability rating available. The exterior features a mar-resistant textured surface. The base of the three-piece Plastibox - Style I securely attaches to the cover with four color-matched screws. Standard color for the Plastibox - Style I is black with other colors, top configurations, and modifications available upon request. The Plastibox - Style I is also equipped with PCB mounting bosses and comes in sizes ranging from 3.00 x 4.00 x 1.38 in. (LxWxD) to 5.00 x 7.50 x 1.75 in.
Bud has also added several new sizes to its Plastibox - Style H boxes. Three new sizes ranging from 4.00 x 2.00 x 1.12 in. (LxWxD) to 6.00 x 4.00 x 1.50 in. are available with optional external mounting bracket. Models are available both with and without convenient molded-in wall mounting tabs.
All Plastibox enclosures are ideal for use as desktop or bench-top electronic enclosures for a number of different applications.
