The 4 Series MSO provides bandwidths up to 1.5 GHz and uses 12-bit ADCs and the 3 Series MDO offers bandwidths from 100 MHz to 1 GHz. The 3 series Mixed Domain Oscilloscope provides 2.5 GS/s or 5 GS/s and up to 8.25 GS/s.
