Its 100 mV reference resolves differential input signal of ±50 mV to 16-bits. Product performs transparent offset and FS calibration on every conversion to provide 20 µV offset error, 1.25 LSB FS error, 1.25 LSB integral non-linearity error, and transition noise less than 0.02 LSB. It utilizes no latency architecture that allows single cycle settling.
