Model AD5686R, with relative accuracy of ±2 LSB max at 16-bits, suits open-loop applications. Along with on-chip 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C integrated reference, AD5686R features 4 kV HBM ESD rating and high- or mid-range performance grades.
