Decorative glass styles include clear, opaque, etched, colored, and mirror. Customizable for all engineering specifications, all glass styles are available for cutting and sizing, hole drilling, polishing, laminating, etching, and UV bonding.

Portable Model 5150 grit etching machine incorporates wide gun opening that can etch 17 character VIN number using ¼ in. high rubber numbers and letters inserted into fixture mounted on gun head. System comes with sandetcher, rubber numbers and letters, bottle of aluminum oxide grit, safety equipment, and 8 ft air hose. Model 5150 can also be fitted with fixture that holds rubber mask to create 3 x 1 in. marking area.

MicroTol(TM) features configurable work area that is totally enclosed for coolant containment. Standard X-axis travel is 8 in., while standard Z-axis travel is 4 in. Work area consists of a hydraulic chuck supported by Accura(TM)'s hydrostatic work spindle and hydrostatic bearings that provide added damping. The 20,000 rpm air bearing wheel spindle is rigidly mounted to machine base on micro-adjustable column, and grinding is performed with metal bond diamond wheel.
