Nov 12, 2009 Designed for submersible applications, SDI-12L (serial data interface at 1,200 baud) hydrostatic level transmitter has operating temperature range of -20 to +60°C, and can be used in depths of up to 200 m. Accuracy of inbuilt temperature sensor is less than ±0.1% of full-scale output. Models use either stainless steel silicon-based pressure sensor or ceramic pressure sensor in marine-bronze, and piezoresistive technology. Ceramic pressure versions suit seawater, estuary, and saline applications.
