Machined from solid aluminum block, 90-Line takes reference beam from Microgage 2000 and turns it 90°. Exiting laser is square to incoming beam within 0.0006°, or equivalent to 0.001 in. over distance of 8 ft. Housing has several adjustments, allowing square exiting beam to rotate through full plane. Bender can be used to set and adjust parallel tracks and rails; align web rollers, idlers and reels; check gantry travel and position; and monitor and adjust machine tools.
