Jul 17, 2002 TIS Automatic Counterbalance selects, adjusts, and maintains appropriate air pressure for presses. When die or job number is put into system for changeover, it will automatically set pressure based on upper die weight. It can also be set up to accept binary input to change jobs remotely. TIS can function in automatic or manual mode, display actual and target pressure, store up to 100 jobs, and provide fill and dump valve pressure alarms. |
