Pulse Dryer suits ultra high-purity products.

Pulse Combustion Systems    Payson, AZ 85541
Dec 03, 2013 Instead of burning fuel in combustion chamber, indirectly heated Pulse Combustion Dryer employs either electric heating element or air-to-air heat exchanger to heat drying gas. Drying gas is pure air, CO2, or N2, with no combustion byproducts, and no potential for flame contact with products to be dried. Suited for high-purity and solvent-based applications, system provides gas-dynamic atomization and rapid drying with low degradation of delicate products.

Dynamic Drying Unit features closed-loop regeneration.

Super DRY North America, LLC    Jacksonville, FL 32256
Sep 17, 2012 In line with IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033C standard, Model U-5002 achieves air moisture levels less than 0.5% RH, even at temperatures of 60ºC. During cabinet door opening, air moisture levels barely rise above 5% and sink within 4 min to <1%. Microprocessor and solid state sensor monitor state of desiccant and compare it with set point values. When moisture content in cabinet exceeds absorption capacity of drying substance, thermal regeneration begins.

Desiccant Air Dryers achieve low dew points down to -70°C.

Kaeser Compressors, Inc.    Fredericksburg, VA 22404
Oct 22, 2010 Covering airflow rates from 1.2-13.3 m³/min, DC 12 to DC 133 Heatless Regenerated Dryers are supplied ready for use with upstream and downstream filtration. Generous volume of high-grade Sigma Dry desiccant, which saturates only in part during initial loading, helps to achieve low dew points. Two controls are available: Eco Control Basic allows flexible matching of regeneration period to varying load conditions, while Eco Control automatically adapts loading and regeneration periods to demand.

Hybrid Cleaning System handles large, heavy product.

Hybrid Cleaning System handles large, heavy product.

Austin American Technology Corp.    Austin, TX 78727
Sep 01, 2005 Single-chamber, closed-loop regenerative system, Model X-40F combines capabilities of X-Series multi-solvent cleaning system and Megaâ„¢ series cleaners. System enables wash, rinse, and dry cycle automation in one chamber with minimized dragout or cross-contamination. Rinse solvent is recycled and cleaned ionically after each cycle. Featuring counter-rotating spray wand technology, system handles product up to 35 lb and 32 x 18 in. in size.
