Aug 01, 2003 Series BLG Insulated Grounding Bushings provide means of grounding conduit and protect insulated conductors from abrasion during pulling and mechanical vibration. Thermosetting phenolic insulator is 150°C UL-rated. It will not soften, melt, burn, or dislodge during wire pulling, and will not shatter or shrink in sub-zero temperatures. Available in iron or steel with zinc plate or galvanized finish, and in aluminum or bronze, bushings range from ½â€“6 in.

Apr 03, 2003 Double D Lockit seals electrical housing and chassis mounting and cord openings, while providing strain relief against wire or cordset twisting or pulling. Flat sides at both ends prevent bushing from turning in opening. Unit covers chassis ranges to 0.125 in. thick, with sizes to fit cords from 0.220–.430 in. dia. Bushing is high-impact Type 6/6 nylon with flammability classification of UL 94V-2, and withstands temperatures up to 125°C.

Dowel Bushings suit large bolting applications.

Spirol International Corp.
Danielson, CT 06239 1434
Mar 12, 2003 Dowel Bushings align mating components and provide ID clearance hole for bolt, eliminating need for separate dowel hole. Spring Dowels align mating components when bolt must be located in separate location. Both products protect bolts from shear loading that will cause premature failure of bolt. Sizes are available for use with 5/8 in., 3/4 in., 14 mm, and 16 mm bolt sizes. They are made of heat-treated, high-carbon spring steel.

Feb 05, 2003 Series PSV 2001 is offered in sizes from 20–200 mm and 3/4–7 7/8 in. Unit provides backlash-free, 360° grip without use of keyways that cause frequent failures. Stainless steel and electroless nickel-plated assembly is corrosion resistant. Mechanism is self-releasing and non-self-centering. It is suited for reversing applications where keyways develop stress fractures, such as pulleys, bevel gears, sprockets, and sheaves.
