Pulse Generators also offer pattern generation capability.Keithley Instruments, Inc.
Cleveland, OH 44139 1891
May 26, 2006
Comprised of single- and dual-channel models, Series 3400 lets users set critical parameters - amplitude, rise and fall times, pulse width and duty cycle, frequency, delay, and offset - with regards to application-specific needs. Products have frequency range of 1 mH to 165 MHz and pulse amplitudes of ±10 V or ±20 V. Delivering precise control for pulse widths from 3 nsec to 1,000 sec, generators exhibit minimal voltage overshoot and edge-to-edge jitter.
