Aug 01, 2008 Measuring 1.25 x 1.0 x 0.6 mm, TCM1210U-500-2P wide-band thin-film common mode filter suppresses noise on DisplayPort connections for signal transmission between computers or audiovisual equipment and display monitors. DisplayPort link uses up to 4 lines, each rated for 2.7 Gbit/sec, resulting in total transfer rate of 10.8 Gbit/sec. Unit features 8.0 GHz cutoff frequency, 50 W common mode impedance at 100 MHz, 100 mA rated current, and 10 V rated voltage.

Audible handset demodulation noise is eliminated by achieving -25 dB attenuation throughout stop-band 800-2,480 MHz using high-density 1.3 nF PZT capacitors on microphone lines. ESD protection is achieved via combination integrated TVS diodes, low-inductance packaging, and Z-R-Z pi-filter topology.
