Sep 07, 2004 AC/DC-powered 630T Series isolators and signal splitters feature internal excitation supply to drive up to two 2-wire transmitters or other input loop devices. Multi-channel isolators provide space-efficient solution to eliminate ground loops, filter signal noise, and block high voltage surges. Measuring 1 in. wide, single/dual-channel isolators receive 4–20 mA inputs and provide fully isolated 4–20 mA output signals.

Jul 17, 2003 IsoSplitterâ„¢ 4393 dc/dc transmitter accepts one dc voltage or current input and provides 2 optically isolated dc voltage or current outputs. Input and output ranges can be independently configured to requirements. Unit includes LoopTracker® LEDs for input/output monitoring and functional-test button for testing output, independent of input signal. It is suitable for systems with multiple devices on same process loop, including PLCs, DCS, BAS, panel meters, and recorders.

Feb 07, 2003 Model FDT5000 provides on-site display, isolation, and conversion of 4–20 mA loops and other process signals. Unit features 1,000 V isolation and 24 V output compliance, making is suitable for solving ground problems, increasing loop drive, or splitting signals between 2 isolated loops. Housed in NEMA-4x splash-proof, corrosion-resistant enclosure, conformal-coated circuit boards provide protection for use outdoors or in remote, damp, and dirty process areas.

Oct 30, 2002 Model 4860A isolates instruments from bus controller and does not generate false replies to 488.2 FindListener Protocol used by LabViewâ„¢ and VEEâ„¢. Use of optical isolators and separate power supplies achieve 2,000 Vdc isolation between main bus and isolated bus. Optical isolators also provide 5,000 V/µsec noise and 50 V common mode isolation between buses. Smart logic recognizes which bus is connected to bus controller-in-charge and active talker.

Signal Isolator features .48 in. wide DIN rail mount enclosure.

Wilkerson Instrument Co., Inc.
Lakeland, FL 33811
Sep 26, 2002 Model DR4300 isolated signal conditioner can be supplied with inputs from ±50 mV to ±256 Vdc or ±0/1 mA to ±200 mA. Outputs can be supplied for 0/1 V, 1/5 V, 0/5 V, -5/5 V, 0/10 V, -10/10 V, 0/1 mA, 0/20 mA, or 4/20 mA. Unit is powered by 21 to 28 Vdc and provides 3-way isolation rated at 1500 Vac, 50/60 Hz. It has plug-in screw terminal blocks, and ZERO and SPAN controls on front panel. Isolator can measure voltage or current signals with high common mode levels present.

Plug-in Transducers reduce installation time.

WAGO Corp.
Germantown, WI 53022
Nov 28, 2001 786 Series transducers can convert 0-10 V or 4-20 mA signals into isolated 0-10 V, 0-20 mA, or 4-20 mA signal with isolation rating of 4kV. It can be plugged directly onto terminal block assembly using base receptacle blocks that are 15, 20, or 25 mm wide. Modules are protected against mismating and can be replaced in single operation during maintenance without affecting wiring. Touchproof test contacts can also be used.
